The AM3 series GaN amplifiers are suitable for a variety of applications including RF jamming, intermodulation testing, and general bench testing applications. The amplifiers may be used with pulsed, modulated or CW signals offering high efficiency, and are supplied as modules for OEM system integration or as stand-alone instrumentation amplifiers with a range of control & monitor functions.
