Power-amplifiers - AM81/ Series

The AM81 series of high power microwave amplifiers cover frequencies from 700MHz to 2.7GHz with gain to 50dB, and output power to +50dBm. These products are tuned to customer selected bandwidths of typically 200MHz. AM81 amplifiers are GaAs FET designs offering excellent linearity.
