With 50dB gain, our AM96 ISM power modules feature the very latest LDMOS power transistors. Two 1.5kW coaxial outputs are combined to achieve 3kW with a 50% efficiency. The module is water-cooled for optimum cooling efficiency and operates from a +50V DC supply.
