Fifteen 500w klystron drivers were supplied for the new free-electron laser (FEL) source, which produced its first coherent emission on December 13 2010. The AM85 amplifiers achieved stringent pulse amplitude and phase stability specifications.

RF Jamming Amplifier Line Extended

New products in the Line:
An extended frequency 50w amplifier is now available covering 2.2-6GHz with 50w output power. The AM6 500-2500MHz product with 100w output power, and a GaN version of the AM8 20-520MHz 100w amplifier with increased efficiency are also now available. C-Band RF Jamming Amplifiers

1kW GaN Amplifiers

High power GaN based amplifiers with outputs up to 1kW are now available for high energy applications to 3GHz. These amplifiers offer very high RF power density and efficiency. See AM85 models in HEP section....
